3GS - no boot, no shoes, no service...

I think my 3GS is mad at me. This morning I wake up, pick up my phone to find springboard had crashed while I was sleeping (NEVER had that happen before). Rebooted, came back crashed again. Rebooted, get Apple logo for 10 seconds then a black screen. Tried running Blackra!n, Apple logo for 10 seconds then black screen. Reboot into DFU mode while iTunes is up, iTunes picks it up while in that 10 second Apple logo period, then black screen, iTunes drops it and nothin...Dead...

I installed nothing new pre-bedtime, I had a full charge (though it was not on the charger overnight).

It is a 3GS - 16gig running 3.1.2, JB with Blackra!n successfully several times for months, with no exsisting issues prior to this.

Gremlins? Aliens? I talked real sweet to her yesterday, don't know why she's mad today. Maybe she saw me checking out the "Droid" at the Verizon counter... ooops.

All kidding aside... What the hell is happening here?
