Cydia Error: Will not refresh data

hi guys..

i'm getting an error evrytime i go into Cyida now.. it won;t update the packages and throws a wobbly everytime..

the error i get is:

Error: Refreshing Data



the method driver
/usr/lib/apt/methods/Http could not
be found

the method driver
/usr/lib/apt/methods/Http could not
be found

and then times out.. the last update i had was on the 18th of jan..

anybody else have this problem or know how to fix this..

what i had to do was to SSH on to the phone and remove individual repos.. i'll look for some instructions and post them on here..
