Backup contact photos
How can I backup my current contact photos so that I can upgrade my iPhone firmware to the latest update? They're currently syncing with Google via Microsoft Exchange, complicating things greatly as Google doesn't save a high enough res image to make things pretty on the iPhone.

You can update without losing your contact photos. Just sync your phone before you update.

It seems all my contacts are still there after my update. However, upon restoring my data from a backup, I have a 500MB chunk on my iPhone that is unaccounted for, labeled as "other," from the extra jailbreak data present in the backup I restored. How do I remedy this?
