Iphone 3gs Lockscreen not chaning to my picture

Hi guys not sure if any of you guys have this problem, but i have winterboard, and i downloaded a couple of lock screens from cydia, and it was working fine. But my youtube does not work, so i went and added apt.macosmovil.com as a source and installed the push fix, now my youtube works, but my lockscreen reverts back to OEM, no matter what i do, my custom lockscreen wont show up.
Anyone else have problems with this?

edit: the lockscreen works if i put my iphone to sleep mode and a new txt or call comes in, then my custom screen comes on. but other than that its the OEM apple screen.

If the file is there, try deleting 'Lockbackground.jpg' in /var/mobile/Library.

i dont see it in vars/mobile/library, its just a bunch more folders.
