3gs 3.1.2 jail broken Black rain I have a list of problem

3gs 3.1.2 jailbroken with black rain.
1. every time i turm off the phone i need to black rain my phone agian.
2. I have set up tethering also on my phone works great!!

BUT NO WI-FI !!!!!!!!

I read many forums but cant find any fix ????

come on someone must be able to help ??????

can some one just help me with the wi-fi issue . The wi-fiwhen i search for my home router it will not pick it up ??????/I dont wont to tether to conect to the internet all the time.
