j/b via blacksn0w. just installed normal and j/b apps. now when i try to press/hold, touching the X on the wiggling apps won't do anything. anyone know what's up? any way to reinstall some system files or whatever? i really dont want to reset my phone to its factory settings just for this. its not a major problem... just kidna annoying.
i tried searching the forums for this problem but to no avail could i find the solution. and if there is a solution to this problem that i failed to find, i still will not apologize.
Which apps are you trying to delete? Have you tried installing Cydelete from Cydia? Worst case use iTunes to unsync the apps you don't want and use the Cydia manage tab to uninstall the jailbroken apps you don't want. Easy stuff.
Yeah I've used cydelete and it was working for a while but then after a few app and theme installs it wouldn't let me delet anything. I know I can just delete them in iTunes (which I absolutely abhor) but I was just wondering if anyone else had experinced this problem. And if there was anyway to "reinstall" original iPhone system files without having to reset the whole phone.
Ya I have the same problem, I don't remember when it started because after jailbreaking I just went to town redownloading everything. But I know after a while I tried to delete something, every app wiggled with a x but would not delete. I'm sure something is conflicting. For now I've been using ifile, it works but it's just annoying.
hi every1...i just upgraded my iphone 4 to 4.3.3 and i have this problem i cant delete and unlike most posts i cant even find the "X" button...would appreciate it if sum1 answers me asap.. thnx
