Successfully restored Cydia apps using Aptbackup. The tool suggest creating a backup list and using the backup as a template.

Are there instructions already posted specifically outlining the process to create and use a Aptbackup template?

I've got a couple of Cydia apps and themes I've paid for and do not want to lose. I would like to start clean but still have these apps and themes.

Once a template has been create, how can it be used on multiple devices.
