A couple things happened...not sure if it was one thing or a combo of a bunch of things.
I decided to install MyWi and ended up having to do a hard reboot cuz it just got stuck...finally rebooted after a while and had no problems. The same day I decided to try the lockscreen theme Grupple. I downloaded Lockscreen Info which also downloads and installs something called JSOS. After respringing, I got this.
I deleted the Grupple stuff and it stopped happening or so I thought. Installed ROCK APP last night and then downloaded one app but it wasn't showing up on the SB so I rebooted phone and got those 2 errors again.
Anyone know why that may be happening? I'm thinking just RESTORE and re-JB the phone? Is that what RESTORE will do though? Bring my phone back to factory setting, deleting everything off of it?
it's not constantly happening...yesterday was the first time in a couple days. I'm thinking maybe just start over fresh, get rid of any possible corrupted files and just get the apps I REALLY want and thats it.
Not a bad idea. It's always a good idea to install just 1 or 2 apps at a time. And run them for a day or so before installing more. That way you can see which programs give you problems.
As far as Rock, I have no issues with any of their programs (on all 3 of my iphones) So, just take your time....
I get that SB error about every 2 or 3 weeks. I can deal with that.
so just to make sure...once in iTunes, hitting RESTORE will delete everything and return my phone back to factory 3.1.2 settings? Winterboard, Blackrain and all that will be deleted?
Kinda like reformatting your computer and doing a clean install of the OS again?
Uninstalled Winterboard to see if that may be the issue..phone wouldn't reboot after that so I had to do a restore...back to original state for now until I get home.
