Stuck on the USB Connect screen

I just upgraded to 3.1.2 and then used my windows computer to jailbreak with Blackra1n. It hung and now I am on the USB connect screen and nothing works. I can't power down, nothing happens when I connect via usb either and the phone screen wont go off. So not sure what to do to resolve this issue. BTW, iPhone 3g
