Default Going to see apple genius have ?

Okay guys i dropped my iphone 3GS which is jailbroken no visibile damage though. It is completely dead cant mount it in iTunes or anything tried resetting it and everything. Do you think apple will be able to tell that this is JB? Any thoughts or comments would be great.

Also fingers crossed that if they do give me a new one it has 3.0 or 3.0.1

If it is completely dead then you should be fine.

It will depend upon whether or not they get it up and running or not. I so...then you might have trouble. Good luck!

it wont even boot into recovery mode?

if its really dead, you should be good, But if they plug in one of their diagnostics, and it magically turns on.. your screwed
The only thing I ask in return for helping, is that you click the thanks button, Thanks!
