i cant sync any apps from itunes

everytime i download an app from !n$+@110u$ on my cpu it gives me this error message and some numbers from itunes since I have upgraded to 3.0.1 on my iphone. the apps goes directly into my itunes jus like when i had 3.0 and itunes 8.1.1. but now when i sync it and try to install it with 3.0.1 and itunes 8.2, it tells me it failed and gives me an error code, any suggestions, im guessing it has something to do with the upgrade and Im guessing I should not have done it. Can any one confirm this and explain to me why I should NOT have upgraded to 3.0.1. if i download from my phone everything goes well but only when i try to install from itunes.
