How to install apps from your hard drive to our iPhone 3.0

Right, this is probably a daft question that has been answered several times before (in fact I know it has because there is so much conflicting info on the net)

But how do you install apps that you have downloaded to your hard drive (via a torrent) to your iPhone?

I am using Mac OSX 10.5.7, version 3.01 of the Iphone firmware (jailbroken via the wonderful pwnage)

If your talking about cracked/pirated apps....if you had read the rules you would know we dont allow discussion of that on this forum.

Huh, if your trying to install torrents most likely this are cracked apps or warez. Forum does not support or discuss warez.
