Video recorder and video player

Hi Is there any application that allows you to record video on **********? And also is there any application that lets you play video files in whatever format i have downloaded them in, so i dont have to change their format to mp4?

For your first question, download Cyrecorder from Cydia. As for your second, I'm pretty sure dTunes will do that for you, but I'm not to sure.
