How to backup iphone 2g for 3gs?

Hi,

I have a jailbroken 3.0 2G iphone and now i have an iphone 3GS jailbroken too.

I need to backup manually all on the 2G to put in the 3GS or use any program to do that?

I want to my 3GS have all itīs on the 2G.

iTunes sync for photos, music, and apps. SSH and transfer Cycorder videos to comp then transfer to new iPhone. As for jailbroken apps I think you can transfer them to your comp then transfer back into new iPhone. But I dunno if it'll work cuz I never tried =P I just re-install everything...
