3.0.1 jailbreak icon issue?

I just jailbroke my 3.0.1 1st gen iphone, and today i realized that my icons dont move. when i hold an icon down, they all get wiggly like normal, except for the one i held down, and none of them are arrangeable. anddd i cant go from page to page while its in wiggly mode. it just stays on the page that the icon i touched was on.

is anyone else having this issue?
i havent downloaded very much from cydia, but i didnt always have the issue so i AM thinking its an app i downloaded.

any ideas?

When you upgraded to 3.0 did you do a clean restore or did you upgrade/restore from a backup?

when i upgraded to 3.0 i believee i did a clean restore.. but its possible i didnt. im going to try doing a clean restore right now and just starting from scratch again ahah ugh. pain in the *****.

any ideas of what may have caused it?
