Is it possible to jailbreak a phone without unlocking it?

Hi,

A mate of mine has an iphone and has an iphone contract - so he doesn't need his phone to be unlocked, all he wants to do is to run cracked apps\games on it.

How can he do this?

We won't tell u how to get cracked apps since it's not welcomed here...but yes u can easily jailbreak without unlocking...if 2g then in redsnow don't check "unlock" in 3g just use redsnow and ur good to go

A member since 2008 and they have to ask about running cracked apps?!!!! Must not read many posts on here where pirated apps/games get no love. lol. In fact they made a funny sticky about making fun of someone talking about cracked apps last night.
