    Question ok getting new ipone3gs 32gb tommorow whats the easiest app to jailbreak for cydia et

    just wondering as far as i know they are all fairly point an click these days but i just wanna make sure as it will be the first thng i do is upgrade through itunes to make sure i have the latest firmware then jailbreak

    or if the latest firmware isnt jailbreakable then i will just leave it and just jailbreak it

    If you're going to upgrade to 3.0.1 then redsn0w is the only way to jailbreak. You just have to select the 3.0 firmware when it asks you to browse for firmware.

    3.0 would be better then 3.0.1 in my opinion. I hear lots and lots of problems with 3.0.1 Redsn0w is the best way.

    3.0.1. is exactly the same as 3.0 but with an SMS fix. The baseband didn't even update.
