Just upgraded but have a question..

Why is it everytime I respring or do anything of that sort, my phone wont unlock then? Like I have to restart it twice, then I can unlock it and get into springboard....
im so confused... please help

Also I set up as a new phone but restored my contacts

gonna try now, hopefully it does, im running everything correctly i think...
on windows and ahve itunes 8.2 and am jailbreaking it correctly
