What is going on with my iPhone?
I've jail broken, my iPhone 3G version 3.0, a while back, but since three hours ago I've started to get this lockscreen.
I've not installed anything recently. Since docking my iPhone to get the screen shot it has not happened again.
I've just curious what it is, and if anyone else has seen it before.

It looks as if you've installed SBSettings, and it's getting hung up on your lock screen.

Check the settings in SBSEttings to see if launch when locked is enabled: More > Extras & Options > *Allow Launch Locked. Also check if you have the latest version of SBSettings installed.
