bzip2 error code (2)

ok I have jailbroken my ITouch I know how to work all the cydia repos i have a WAY to tweaked IPod i decided to take a step up and start my own Repo. However i dont know what to do with what's on the site itself. I have all my package and deb files created i just need to put them on the page so that the touch can read and fully accet the source., not with bzip error code (2) can anyone help me out in this area? it would be much appreciated
