If Jailbroken will i benefit from Purplera1n RC2

If i jailbroke using the first purplera1n do i need to jailbreak again with purplera1n RC2 to get this fixes it has

if i do so will i need to redownload all my apps from cydia? or with they remain on my phone??

i figured id post and find out but for reference i ran rc2 and i still have all my jb stuff

just restore, re-jailbreak, and backup everything again

not hard to do an dont take long

so if i was jb with the first pR and ran PR RC2 will the new patches be installed properly??
