    Default Transfer apps and settings from touch to iphone?

    I have a 2nd gen touch jailbroken with redsnow firmware 3.0. Can I transfer my apps and settings to a iphone 3GS? If so, what is the simplest way to do so? Thanks.

    Apps, yes. Settings, I don't know. iTunes restores the device backup (iPhone 3G) for that device if you restore it, but I'm not sure how to restore that backup to another device (iPhone 3GS).
