Can I Move the Dock Icons down a bit?

Is it possible to adjust where the dock icons are located. I recently installed SprinbBoard Clock and it would be great if the icons were just down a bit. I've removed their titles so there is enough room...

thoughts?

Nevermind, I'm a tool, I can just edit the HTML file.
