hen the phone is locked it randomly turns on (annoyance!) help

When i lock the screen by using the top button or quick lock the lockscreen turns black, and then maybe a minute later it turns on... anyone got any idea what the problem is? i already restored it... it still does it, im running 3.0 unlocked jailbrokn 2g 8gb iphone

You only need to post one thread my friend, they all come up on new posts.
Sounds like there may have been a corrupted file during the jailbreak process. My advise is to try it again, make sure you set it up as a new phone, not from back up. DFU/restore/jailbreak
