When Im in Cydia and try to download most apps or repos, I get this message

"Error
Couldn't configure pre-depend dpkg for grep, probably a dependecy cycle"

I rebooted my iphone, turned it off for 1 hour, took my sim out, unistall ultrasnow, etc. Same error. If someone can tell me how to fix this issue

I have a Iphone 3G running on 3.0 firmware. I am using a T-mobile sim card.

During JB did you install Icy and Cydia together? If so re-JB installing only Cydia. You can get Icy through Cydia. If that's not the case just reJB anyway after restore. I don't think you can manually fix that.
