Cropping happens when you are using icon overlays through winterboard. It used to piss me off. None of the other icons have a cropped P. Imagine that.

basically, show us features exclusive to 3GS and JB iphones in the same video. run the compass app for us in the video. show us the settings->general->about. then go into cydia. do all that in one video.
