Just restored my phone after a JB & now I lost my apple apps that were "Categorized"

I had a pre 3.0 version that was jailbroken. I had Categories cydia app installed and I had a lot of my apple apps that I put in folders. I synced and then restored my phone, when I did that all my apple apps in the Categories folder did not show up on the newly restored phone.

What do I do to get them back?

You better hope you didn't hide the Settings app.

If you did: Restore and DON'T restore from a backup, set up as a new phone.

If you didn't: Enable, then disable Restrictions (Parental Controls) in the settings app.
