You can always download the latest version of ultrasn0w directly from its source.

http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com/ultrasn0w.deb

1. Connect to your iPhone using WinSCP or SSH client.
   
2. Copy ultrasn0w.deb to /private/var/root.
   
3. From WinSCP, click on Commands -> Open Terminal and enter
   
   dpkg -i /private/var/root/ultrasn0w.deb
   
   and press ENTER.
