But I've already jailbroken my 3Gs prior to seeking out my ECID #, not when I do as the directions state, I only have for /c my serial number 0 x 3 and no ECID # anywhere near it. Is this b/c I already jailbroke before seeking out the ECID?

Do I now have to restore and then get the number and re-jailbreak?

I'm on windows xp. and have the 32 GB 3Gs

Is anyone else having problems with ie8 not showing the download box after entering the ECID no. & hitting enter into the Purplera1n site?

edit: google chrome doesnt work either
edit2: tryed on my girls pc and didnt work either, can anyone get it for me if i pm them the ECID? id really apreciate the help

Same here. Won't work with IE or Firefox on XP.

Try hitting shift+ enter or control+ enter. Or whatever else u can think of.

I'm not sure but if you do it while on 3.1 it will give you what's needed to go back to 3.1

now to go back to 3.0 I don't know.
It looks like 3.1 is jailbreakable so u should be ok.
Do it anyway though.
