ipod switches icons, and changes settings

Ipod touch 1st gen. 3.0 Jailbroken, no problem. When power off, then back on, icons have changed location and settings are back to original. Also, 3.0 icons are put back in original places. Still remains JB, and seems to work ok...Anyone else have this issue or know a fix? Thanks.
