will iphone 3gs be as easy to unlock/jailbreak as 2g?

just that i'm thinking of getting a 16gb 3gs for £190 and selling my unlocked 2g on ebay as they go for around £160 anyways, just want to make sure i can still have my same sim in it and it be unlocked and what not, will there be a quickpwn update for 3gs or something similar?

There are many threads about this already. J/B and unlock will come soon, by this weekend anyway but rumors are we may see it tonight.
