[HELP] iPhone 3G Problem (never heard of it before)

I have a problem…I'm using a CP. QuickPwn runs perfectly, my iPhone 3G is successfully jailbroken with the custom boot logo. When my iPhone turns on everything is how it should be, except there’s no Cydia and no Installer, but there is a new app which sends me to the QuickPwn site. I know it’s been jailbroken because of the custom boot logo, and I’ve repeated the jailbraking process but each time the same thing happens, I get an app that links to this site, but no Cydia and no Installer.
Please help!

Are you sure you're checking the box next to Cydia in QuickPwn?

That icon is just a internet shortcut

I'm positive; I've repeated the process a few times, restoring the iPhone after each try. I've unchecked and checked, tried with and without the boot logo, nothing makes a difference. The only thing that changes is that when I check the boot logo, it actually works.
