Question About IPhone Unlock

Hey guys, my IPhone is unlocked and jailbroken , it currently runs on the T-mobile network , before i put my sim card in the Iphone i used to have a T-Mobile Sidekick LX, if i take my sim card out of the iphone and put it back into my sidekick ... will my IPhone lose its unlock/jailbreak ? because i want to switch back to my sidekick for a day or two and i dont want to lose my unlock and jailbreak. thanks for the help guys
