no no it starts and works for about ten min and then it will start a loading symbol in the middle of the page and then it will take me to the locksreen and then start loading symbol again and then it will just freeze

carrier settings wouldn't cause that. If you have restored multiple times in DFU Mode and still are having this problem, I would do my best to get that thing onto 2.2.1 and take it into the apple store for warranty exchange.

they could if they are really looking in the right places. Most likely they will replace it. Even if you are on 3.0 you can just say you are registered with a dev and you are beta testing his apps. 9 times out of 10 they won't hassle you.

Yes I have had that happen to me a couple of times. I am also having trouble with my battery indicator. It never shows fully charged, even though the percentage and the lockscreen battery both show 100%. I hate to restore again, is there anything I can do? I have also tried running the battery all the way out and charging back up, it did not help.

has anyone else noticed terrible signal with the beta three? ever since i installed it when it came out, ive had terrible signal.. and never got around to posting about it
my phone will sometimes show a 3g logo, but when i try to go to a site, it wil disappear.. when i go into a building, it disappears.. and when i move around from one place to the other same thing happens.

Strange. My signal has been better. Much fewer dropped calls

Mine would go into safemode everytime I change the apn settings to try and get mms working.
Try Reset you network settings.

It worked for me 

I get more bars but also more dropped calls. Strange huh?

I finnally got it to restore to 2.2.1 I had to downgrade beta 2 and then restore 2.2.1 it's the only way I could it to restore but it hasent messed up since

Of course we are interested!! My signal has actually been better on beta 3 also. I get service sometimes where my wife doesn't (she is still on 2.2)

I have it now so it really doesn't matter what carrier you are on because you can update all your settings from the cellular data settings page.

Hey stealth, any idea why itunes won't let me update ipcc ??

Just did a fresh restore to beta 3, and itunes won't let me update ipcc. Keeps giving errors ......
