So I've finally got icy working properly. Updated software and re-jailbroke with good copies of software. No MMS working yet, need to find another phone to try the Guide:MMS and Tethering on 3.0.

I just intalled a secret program. I can download a game but it wont install. Does it have something to do with the Mobileinstallation patch? If anyone has had any success with it please let me know.

BTW...I love the 3.0 and I won't go back to 2.2. I can live without winterboard, and the secret program (lol) for 2 months. At least I can still download movies straight onto my phone and watch them in dTunes.

winterboard and cydia are basically f**ked for now, and saurik told me that he will be releasing a 3.0 version in the very new future... so keep ur eyes peeled

okay this is what i did i was on 2.2.1 and it wan unlocked iphone 2g. i upgraded to 3.0 and jailbroke it. Put in my at&t dummy card and it took me to springboard and then put in my real rogers sim. The iphone said setected new sim please connect to itunes (BTW you could se the carrier as rogers in the upper left hand corner) and i went to itunes and it said this sim inst supported. what do i do?

when you jail broke it did you use the activate button
