Firmware 3.0 All Inclusive Jailbroken Awesomeness!

I installed the patch from hackulo that patches your mobile installer. WARNING, this does NOT work with 3.0.
My phone was fine untill i rebooted it this morning and it went into this infinant reboot loop.
Just finished a DFU restore back to 3.0
Time to jailbreak it over again.
I know not to install that next time. lol

Are you referring to the one that says it is for 3.0?

Stealth, let me be clear, and see if I understand. I'm going back to post 170 and one 5 or 6 posts after that one.

I'm starting off with a restored 2.2.1 FW. I activate it.

Question 1: What's the difference between UPGRADING to 3.0 and RESTORING to 3.0.

Question 2: Once I UPDATE to 3.0, if I understand you correctly, I QUICKPWN WITH ACTIVATE CHECKED?

Is that correct?

Right on. Just upgrade instead of restore. Restore will wipe out everything including your music, files, and apps. If you are freshly restored on 2.2.1 then upgrading will be clean. You are on tmobile so go ahead with the activate.

So my only question is...If i get my hands on 3.0 do I need to pay a Dev for UUID registration or does this jailbreak bypass that?

Stealth, I just updated my info. I'm actually on a 3G with ATT.

So when you say upgrade you mean, SHIFT and CLICK UPGRADE instead of SHIFT and CLICK RESTORE?

Exactly, the same people who dont read or care are the same people that will be posting the firmware links. I figure there's a slightly better chance of them reading in large red bold.

If you were constantly editing/deleting posts you'd understand.
