^ Yea I think the idea was to make it so people wouldn't have to use bosstool or command line symlinks. It works but may have caused a few problems here and there.

Just went to beta 3 and it was taking awhile for mms to work but this morning it started working by itself so maybe some of us just have to wait for a bit but thanks for all good info to jailbreak.

Thanks and also any update on the beta 3 afc fix for services.plist

OK I HAVE A MODIFIED SERVICES.PLIST WITH THE PROPER AFC TO ALLOW ROOT ACCESS WITH DISKAID/IFUNBOX BUT I AM NOT IN THE MOOD TO DO A RESTORE IF EVERYTHING DOESN'T GO TO PLAN.

I will try it out later or if anyone is interested in being a tester, let me know.

Hey stealth I noticed that you mentioned that you had a problem with the safari dl plugin. Mine just suddenly stopped working back on 2.2.1, did a restore back then and still didn't work. Any idea what causes this? It's very frustrating.

ive done everything possible to get the data cell network screen not to crash but no luck and no mms ...i feel like your avatar stealth

I think I have got the diskaid situation fixed. Safari DL Plugin was my next project in line! I will let you know.

From what I understand that the cellular network settings menu crash is caused by a bad negative type mask. Are you on AT&T?

In iTunes shift restore to 2.2.1
You should get error 1013
Close iTunes, open Quickpwn for 2.2.1
Follow what it tells you to do
Open iTunes, and you're good to go.

I'm on AT&T and MMS will not work ........

cool thanks im trying to get all 3.0 gone so i can try a fresh install..even though ive reloaded 3.0 and re jail break then reload icy the sources are still all added from the first jail break

supposedly they did for me as well but its never worked
