Just Jailbroke my ipod Touch 2G 2.2.1... But I cannot view/manage my music??!
I have a new ipod touch 2G 2.2.1 version. I jailbroke it today using an application called QuickFreedom.. The procedure involved me creating a custom firmware etc.
The jailbreak worked out fine, and boots normally. However in itunes.. I cannot view or manage the music thats in my Ipod? I even ticked the manual manage box, however i still cannot manage or view the songs on my ipod.
I have a few songs on my ipod and itunes recognizes this as 'OTHER', at the bottom of the screen.
Please look at the image i have taken of it. Below

I need help! It would be very much appreicated

Your ipod gets erased when you restore to a custom firmware. The "other" you refer to is not music.. it's the space taken up by the firmware. You need yo go to the music tab in iTunes and load your stuff back on again.

I manage my songs with a playlist and just sync to that. If you want to delete or add songs just do it to the playlist and then sync again.
