Restore a Jail Broken Phone
Hey Guys,
Could you help me out. Is it safe to restore my iphone 3g Jailbroken 2.2.1 Firmware from Itunes? Any help would be great, Thank you

I'm confused. What firmware are you on now? do you want any hope of unlocking your iphone in the future? Why do you need to restore?

Yes, but as Poseidon said, you will not be able to unlock it until the Dev Team releases a method for it.

it is safe as long as you dont care about unlocking ever again or losing your jailbreak apps and files
