Reappearing movies ok 2.2

I have an iPod touch 2g and a 1st gen iPhone(jailbroken and unlocked) running on fw 2.2. However when I delete movies and tv shows they reappear. If I try to play them it goes to a black screen then says this movie can't be played. Also some of the keyboard buttons don't get magnified if you push them.(today it's r and I yesterday was e). Any help?

Do they re appear after itunes sync or juz after respring try deleting file using ssh client

the problem is I don't have a computer available (I'm In a boarding school....no computers and they took away my laptop)
