Sync without iTunes?

Hi, after jailbreaking my iPhone (2G), I'm wondering if there's a way to add music to my iPhone from another computer that's not synced to my iPhone?

I know there's a way to do it that it'll be like storage, I'm wondering if there's a way that it'll be as if I imported it with itunes.

you can use winmx and take all of your songs off your phone and onto the other comp and then sync with the added songs.
