Does anyone know where I can find a root directory list of all the target files I am looking for to customize??

Also, where do i find App store apps icon pngs? I found the folder myspace was located in for example, but I couldnt find the springboard icon that is used. Please help!!

Also one more problem, I wanted to change my ipod icon on my springboard but for some reason it isnt doing it. It worked for mail, contacts, phone, sms, maps, etc... but not that one. HELP!!

you can find the app store and others here
/private/var/stash/Applications.Lnl6fX

For the ipod icon you will need to go here
/private/var/stash/Applications.Lnl6fX/MobileMusicPlayer.app

then change the .png file you have for your new ipod icon to be
icon-MediaPlayer.png
