Default "Other" category on my phone growing...

So according to iTunes, when looking at how much space I have left in my phone I've noticed that the "other" category seems to have increased since I've jailbroken. It's at around 363mb and I could use some of the space, considering I only have 4gb available to begin with.

Is there anyway to look at whats there?

That's all of your unofficial, third-party applications. If you want some of the room back, delete some of the apps you don't use very much...

Anything that is not in your /mobile/Media folder or /mobile/Applications folder is "Other"

Then your /mobile/Media/iTunes_Control file has been messed with or renamed.
