Cydia Not Showing Changes...?

Cydia has been showing updates sporadically for the last week or so. As of now, the last time changes are shown is January 10th. I had this problem once before, and it ended up being the modified hosts ad-blocking file is installed. This time I don't have that file, and the phone has been restored since then. Anyone have any ideas?

No one else has run into this problem? I'm still experiencing this periodically.

OK,lets try something.Cydia keeps the list of changes in the file
/private/var/lib/cydia/metadata.plist.You edit that file with replacing the date 'today' with 'that day'(last update day)...Look if cydia will start up normal&changes will be up to date...
