Application Help - Wont Display

Hi Guys. I'm looking for your help with installing some applications files.

I have a iPhone 3G, running 2.1 also Jailbreaked. I am able to install some cracked games via iTunes and by copying the .app folder to the /applications folder on the iPhone via SSH.

For some reason not all the applications load on my iPhone, for instance Monopoly and Simcity loaded in iTunes, but when synced with my iPhone, they were not present nor installed in the /applications folder, even after a reboot, nor were there any errors or notifications when syncing.

I then tried unzipped the .ipa files for "Monopoly and Simcity" and added the games through SSH, changing the folder and file permissions to (775) these are now working correctly. However not all the applications are working this way?

Any ideas why, or what else I can try?
