Help!!! Stuck on apple home screen

So I attempted to jailbreak my Iphone 3G using quickpwn 2.2 everything went fine but after completing and attempting to reboot its now stuck on the apple home screen. So I went back through to try it again and the same thng happened. After trying to do it a third time it doesnt even recognize my phone being plugged in and a msg pops up saying that quickpwn only jailbreaks devices with versions 2.0 but it never said that before. I'm not sure of the FW version I have. I cant restore my settings through itunes because my phone is locked with a pssword. What do I do?

DFU restore to firmware 2.2 and make sure you are using quickpwn 2.2. If you're unsure download a fresh copy from our download section at the top.
