How can i upgrade my jailbroken 2.1fw iphone 3g to 2.2 without losing my files.?? i used quickpwn on mac the last time i jalibroken my 2.1 phone...

help me please... thanks!!!!

Do a sync, backup then after jailbreaking re-sync again. You will lose all of your JB apps so you will need to reinstall them after JB 2.2
