Please help me with unlocking using Mac

Hello, I am somewhat of a newbie. Let me start from the begining.

I have a 8gb 1st gen iphone. I unlocked originally about 7-8 months ago using ziphone and worked great 1.1.4. I am using tmobile and everything was fine.

Yesterday since im a dummy i "checked for updates" on itunes for my phone well of course it reset everything and says "not a recognized sim card" blah. So i restored it and tried to use ziphone again but it just sat there and wouldnt work!?

I then heard about and tried quickpwn to unlock/jailbreak. I used this yesterday version 2.2 and it worked like a charm or so i thought.

THE ISSUE is my sim card is not being recognized. So i cannot make calls or recieve them or get on the web.

I then tried to use pwngetool 2.1 thinking may be i need to use this for the unlocking but It wont find the iwsp??? or whatver. i tried to download it but dont know how to unzip stuff ect.
The quickpwn 2.2 was great it only jailbroke it aparntly and didnt unlock it. There was no option to unlock it. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT PLEASE??? I need to use my phone LOL

Do a fresh 2.2 restore with itunes and then jailbreak/unlock with the pwnage tool 2.2. The iclarified guide should help.

Just use the proper files for the 2g or 3g
