Please help! I made a mistake of upgading my iPhone 2G from 2.0.2 to 2.2 with att simcard in it via iTunes before using QuickPwn 2.2 to jailbreak and unlock with necessary files (iPhone1,1_2.2_5G77_Restore.ipsw, bl39.bin, bl46.bin), everything was fine (saw the running pineapple Flashing NOR followed by a return to home screen). But when I swap the at&t simcard with another simcard (simPATI), I got this message on iPhone: "Different SIM detected, Please connect to iTunes".

I redid the QuickPawn with simPATI card in iPhone from the start, before jailbreaking/unlocking, the same message appeared when QuickPawn finished. Basically, now I have iPhone2G with 2.2 firmware and att plan. How do I undo what I just did and make this iPhone to recognize the other simcard?

Few, I fix it. . The key is I had to revirginize (restore or revert it back to factory settings) the iPhone with iTunes and the non ATT simcard in the iPhone first, before doing the unlocking and jailbreaking with QuickPwn 2.2. To let iTunes recognize the iPhone with the non ATT simcard, you need to put the iPhone in DFU mode. Allow the iTunes to make a backup first before doing the clean restore. After unlocking, then you restore your backup data.
