    Default problems with iPhone

I've setup numerous iPhones for all my friends. Recently my buddy bought one off craigslist. First time I unlocked it, I used quickpwn and downloaded bootneuter from cydia. After that, phone operated for literally a day and a half....Internet and everything through TMobile, then it all of a sudden shuts off and turns back on requesting to be connected to iTunes for restore. Tried it again, same result. I decided to go an extra distance and create a custom ISPW with activation and everything. Worked again for a day and a half and now the phone is requesting to be restored again. Anybody ever dealt with this? I want to see if there is something we can do before we go find the seller.

    thanks in advance

There's 3 scenarios it could be. Corrupted firmware, SIM card failure or internal iPhone hardware failure. If you've done this with quickpwn AND a custome ipsw then that rules out #1. Your next step would be to have your friend get a new SIM card. If it still fails then it's a bad iphone.
